INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Unfortunately Dyonsu does not offer delivery services world-wide yet! We currently accept customers from New Zealand, Canada, United States and the United Kingdom. If you do not see your country listed, you may still be able to make an order by contacting us on our website or via email. However, Dyonsu cannot guarantee any order can/will be made.  


POSTAGE

Dyonsu endeavours to process orders the same day, however we ask for 1-2 business days, excluding public holidays. Within Australia, Dyonsu offers free standard shipping on all orders, with free express shipping on orders above $200. International purchases are charged a flat rate of $20 on standard shipping and $30 on express shipping with some variation in which case the customer will be contacted. All Dyonsu orders require signature on delivery and are subject to service changes from Australia Post.

TRACKING

A tracking number is provided to customers via text (if mobile is provided at checkout) and confirmation email once the order is lodged with AusPost. Text updates are sent straight from Auspost but customers can also check their tracking anytime on the AusPost website by following this link.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Dyonsu offers a 7-day return policy upon delivery. If you would like to make a return please contact us so we can help you to the best of our ability or alternatively begin a return/exchange ticket here on our website messenger and we will contact you! We accept returns on faulty products and any product under the “Perfect Fit Guarantee” whilst offering exchanges on sizes and styles if in stock. Customers will be required to post items to be returned/exchanged to our store address. Any refunds or exchanges will only be processed upon the arrival of those items.
