Refund and Return Policy
At Dyonsu we aim to provide the best customer experience possible for all our customers. We understand that sometimes customers are not completely satisfied and would like to hear from you via message on our website, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on (03) 9827 7771 during work hours.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
For any online purchase returned or ticketed for return within 7 days of delivery, we are delighted to offer a full refund on full price purchases* (excluding delivery fees) under the conditions that products are not worn, used or damaged and retain original tag. Garments are also exchangeable under these conditions. Delivery fees of exchangeable goods on both returning and re-delivering are at the cost of the customer on purchases under $150. Any purchases over said amount, we will cover the re-delivery of the new garment only.
*All discounted and sale garments are non-refundable for change of mind. You can however apply for an exchange of size if available, or store credit under the conditions that the garment is not worn, used or damaged and retains original tag.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted promptly by one of the Dyonsu Team via mobile (if provided) or email. You will have the option of exchanging it for another item or simply have it refunded. No additional postage charges apply and we apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused.
