REFUN AND RETURN POLICY
At DYONSU we aim to provide the best customer experience possible for our shoppers. We understand that sometimes shoppers are not completely satisfied and would like to hear from you either by emailing us at email@example.com or by calling us on (03) 9827 7771. We look forward to hearing from you.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will have the option of exchanging it for another item or simply have it refunded. No additional postage charges apply.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
With online purchases returned within 14 days, that are not worn, used or damaged, we will be delighted to offer a full refund on full price purchases * (excluding delivery fees). Garments are also exchangeable, provided all original tags remain attached to the garment. Delivery fees of exchangeable goods on both returning and re-delivering are at the cost of the customer on purchases under $150. Any purchases over that amount we will cover the re-delivery of the returned garment only.
*All discounted and sale garments are non-refundable for change of mind but are exchangeable for other sizes (if available) at the cost of the customer of both the return and re-delivery of the garment, unless received damaged or sent incorrectly.
