Fit & Sizing
No — all of our European suit pants are delivered extra-long with raw hems. This ensures you can tailor them precisely to your body for the perfect fit. We don’t encourage wearing suit pants unaltered, as no two bodies are the same. All other garments, however, are ready-to-wear.
Unfortunately, no. Due to our 7-day online return policy, we cannot perform alterations prior to shipping. Once a garment has been altered, it becomes unique to your body and can no longer be resold.
We highly recommend visiting your local tailor for the best result. If you’d like guidance on alterations or finding a trusted tailor, please reach out via our website chat or contact form — our team will be happy to advise.
Yes — our in-store team specialises in made-to-measure and bespoke tailoring. Book a fitting appointment to discuss fabrics, finishes, and personalised details that create a one-of-a-kind suit crafted exclusively for you.

Orders & Payments
If it’s urgent, please call us during store hours. Otherwise, send us an email or message via our website chat as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to correct the issue before your order is processed.
We can usually make changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, we’re unable to modify or cancel it. Please contact us promptly if you need assistance.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Afterpay, and Shop Pay. In-store, we also accept cash and contactless payments.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, but unfortunately Dyonsu does not offer delivery services world-wide yet! We currently accept customers from New Zealand, Canada, United States and the United Kingdom. If you do not see your country listed, you may still be able to make an order by contacting us on our website or via email. However, Dyonsu cannot guarantee any order can/will be made. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location — standard Australian delivery takes 2–5 business days, while international delivery may take 7–14 days.
Yes — once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow the status of your delivery at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Online orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached. Altered or customised garments cannot be returned.
Please contact us via email before sending any returns. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorisation number to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Products & Care
Our garments are crafted in Europe, with many made in Turkey and Italy using premium fabrics and timeless construction techniques.
We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Hang your suit on a padded or wooden hanger, use a steamer to remove creases, and store it in a breathable garment bag away from direct sunlight.

Walk-ins are welcome, but for made-to-measure fittings or personal styling consultations, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure dedicated service.
